Staff is considered the basic value in Delta Medical. A unique team of medical and trade representatives contribute to success of the whole Company. The Company counts more than 400 employees, 208 of them are sales managers (110 deal with doctors, and 98 deal with pharmacies). They are initiative, responsible, goal-oriented employees, able to work in teams, have great potential, and work for the Company’s leadership in the market.

The following principles are applied in HR policy:

-    relationships between the leaders and subordinates based upon mutual respect;

-    commitment to team work;

-    support of career development (open vacancies are closed mainly by the Company staff);

-     maximum support of staff initiatives;

-     care about constant professional development and enrichment (regular internal and external profile trainings for the staff);

-    remuneration for labour done is defined by the position in question, performance, responsibility level, and corresponds to requirements of the labour market.

In Delta Medical, the multifunctional motivational support system was developed and introduced, such a system providing for a range of social programmes of the staff.
