- investigation of the market, consumers, internal and external environment analysis;
- finished products quality and competitiveness administration;
- promotion of products, demand formation, and sales promotion;
- development of administrative structures for management, planning, communication, and control.

Sales Department

a) sales unit;
b) sales force for cooperation with the drug stores;
c) SFE.

Functions of Delta Medical Sales Department:
- availability provision of the whole range of Delta Medical products in the retail market of Ukraine, thus making products available for the consumers;
- availability provision of the whole range of Delta Medical products in the wholesale and retail pharmaceutical market operators’ warehouses;
- availability provision of products and stocks in retail operators sales points, in affiliates of the national distributors;
- performance improvement of representatives of all the Company’s focus groups with the help of control of routine and reporting documents, and correspondence of the planned activities to the actual ones.

Financial Department

Functions of Delta Medical Financial Department:
Accounting and analysis of the Company’s economic activities

Human Resource and Development Department

a) personnel records unit;
b) organizational development unit;
c) HR development unit;

Functions of Delta Medical HR and Development Department:
- HR accounting processes administration, staff and social issues administration according to requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine;
- methodological administration of all the HR administration systems according to the corporate business strategy aiming at efficient performance of the Company;
- information support and legal consultations to the Company staff on the labour legislation and social sphere issues;
- solution of administrative issues related to office center work.

IT Department

a) IT engineers unit;
b) software programmers unit.

Functions of Delta Medical IT Department:
- support, development, and improvement of IT processes in the Company;
- development and implementation of the new projects aiming at IT infrastructure improvement, users’ convenience, and efficient cooperation with the Company’s partners.

Business Development Department

Functions of Delta Medical Business Development Department:
search for new partners and entering into new contracts.

Logistics Department

a) product flows planning unit;
b) purchase unit;
c) custom procedures unit.

Functions of Delta Medical Logistics Department:
- minimization of daily expenditures and resources supporting product flows functioning;
- deficiency costs minimization by provision of stocks availability and readiness for sales;
- provision of products of required quality at all the stages starting with products acceptance and up to delivery to the end customer.

Warehouse Department

Functions of Delta Medical Warehouse Department:
- stocking processes optimization for acceptance and storage of products, orders configuration, and delivery to consumers with new technologies and innovational solutions;
- ensuring of products quality at all the stages starting with products acceptance and up to delivery to the end customer according to GDP standards (Good Distribution Practice).
