Website Use License

1.Terms and Definitions

1.1. "Owner" – Private Company Delta Medical
"Website" – Internet Project of the Owner, namely www.deltamedical.com.ua
"User" – any person, addressing, connecting to, or rendering help to any third person in access to any information or data content of the Owner’s Website, as well as those linked to the Website in question, loaded from the Website, or those received from the Website.

2.General Provisions

2.1. This Website Runtime License (hereinafter referred to as the License) is entered into between the Owner and any User. Addressing any Website section, as well as framing links thereto, quoting, and reprinting of information implies legal obligation of the User to observe all the terms and conditions hereof. The Owner and any User hereinafter together shall be referred to as the "Parties".

3.Limitation of Liability

3.1. The User agrees using the Website on his own responsibility. Medications, information represented, shall be used only for information, and shall be applied neither for self-diagnosis, nor for self-treatment, and shall be taken subject to prescription of a doctor and under the doctor’s supervision.
3.2. Foreign Users of the Website shall use information about the drugs according to the procedures and practices valid in their respective countries.
3.3. The Website Administration shall not bear any responsibility for possible damages caused to your health
by the self-treatment under the recommendations given herein. The User shall bear complete responsibility for any incorrect handling possible to result from consulting with, reading, or copying information from the Website. No natural person or legal entity shall bear responsibility for usage of the aforementioned information. Under no circumstances shall the Website Owner bear responsibility for consequences caused either directly or indirectly by information placed herein; nether shall such information serve as a basis for legal proceedings.
3.4. The Website services shall be rendered "as is", without any direct or indirect guarantees. The User shall voluntary refuse from any possible legal proceedings against the Website Owner, and from claiming any possible damages caused to the User’s health.
3.5. Neither the Website Administration, nor its partners or staff shall guarantee continuous operation of the Website in question; neither shall they guarantee similar results of the Website application, as well as accuracy and applicability of its data.

4.Changing the Website Content

4.1. All information and data placed herein shall bear no guarantee of their accurateness. The Website Owner shall have the right to change information and data at any time, and not subject to any preliminary notification necessary.

5.Procedures for Usage of the Website Information

5.1. Any usage of the Website information shall be allowed exclusively subject to permission of the Website  Owner. This License defines procedure and terms and conditions for usage of the latter. Usage of the information shall mean any reproduction, distribution, processing, and any other means provided by the Law of Ukraine Law of Copyright and Allied Rights.
5.2. To publish information from the Website, each User shall observe the following procedures:
5.2.1. provide for references to the information source in printed mass media and Internet sites;
5.2.2. provide for copying accuracy;
5.2.3. inform the administrator about his intent to use information from the Website in advance.

6.External References

6.1. According to terms and provisions hereof, the Owner shall provide the User with nonexclusive, limited, revocable, nonrepayable license for deployment of hypertext references (hereinafter referred to as the References) to the Website in question exclusively with noncommercial aims within the frames of integration of the User’s website with the Website in question.
6.2. The User shall not have the right:
6.2.1. to deploy or otherwise apply References in a way resulting in appearance of the Website or any its element as an individual frame in the window, or any association with any not Website related advertisement or sponsor programme, or inclusion of the Website content into any other website otherwise;
6.2.2. to deploy References to any data file included into the Website;
6.2.3. to alter any Website element, block or otherwise hinder its reflection;
6.2.4. to refer to the Website via any third party Universal Resource Locator (URL) or alternate Website;
6.2.5. to deploy references to the Website should content of the User’s Website be considered indecent, scandalous, offensive, or malevolent by any man of good judgment, nor should it contain exaction.

7.Trade Marks

7.1. Registered trade marks referred to in the Website shall be considered property of their respective owners.

8.Terms' alterations

8.1. This License shall not be considered an agreement. The Website Owner shall have the right for alteration of provisions hereof and replacement thereof. Such alterations shall be valid once published herein. Application of the Website information shall be considered adoption of provisions hereof.
