Business Development Manager

Goal:

Company product portfolio development.
Engagement of the new health care sector social projects.
Responsibilities:
• Expansion of the base of potential foreign partners of the company; expansion of company”s portfolio.
• Evaluation of risk related to the realization of new projects.
• Negotiating on the realization of new projects.
• Strategic planning of project development.
• Preparation of business development programs.
Requirements:
• M/f, 35-40.
• University Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
• Excellent English.
• Experience of the new products launch on the pharmaceutical market.
• Experience in business plans making.
• Good presentation, communication skills.

Country Manager (Republic Moldova)

Responsibilities:
• Delta Medical business organization and management in Republic Moldova.
• Formulation of the most effective marketing and distribution policy for Delta Medical products.
• Implementation of the policy for TM promotion in the country.
• If necessary, recruitment of the regional team of medical representatives, management of their work.
• Conduct of commercial negotiations with the key company customers.
• Maintaining routine documentation, preparation of reports.
Requirements:
• M/f, 27-40.
• University Degree.
• Work experience – over 2 years at a managerial level position in sales (medical products).
• Strong PC skills.
• Driver’s license, category B, over 1 year of driving experience.
